Ommm on the Range - Join us on the lawn for a relaxing morning at Shake Ridge Ranch! Surrounded by gorgeous vineyards and untouched nature, you will leave the daily hustle and bustle behind, and step into the tranquil restorative pace of Yoga in the Vineyard. The hour-long session will be followed by a farm-to-fork lunch paired with Yorba Wines.  (Bad weather option possible.)

ABC - Break the Stereotype! Amador has long been known for its Zinfandel, Barbera and Rhone varietals, but did you know we also have a large selection of whites grown and produced here? If you're one of those ABC (Anything But Chardonnay) types, this experience is for you! Explore lesser-known white varietals such a s Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and others. 

SOLD OUT - Secrets of the Foothills - Get to know Amador's rich history in this active adventure exploring backroads. Native American grinding rocks and legendary lore will captivate history buffs. Step inside the earth as you explore the Black Chasm, a natural cave with stunning formations. Soak in the rich California history of Volcano, population 103. Lunch with local wines at the Volcano Union Pub + Inn.

Italian Turf Wars - If Zin is King in Amador, then there are a host of Italian princes (and princesses) waiting to take over the throne. Leading the charge is the Italian house of Vino Noceto. Join the folks at Noceto for a head-to-head throw down of their Italian stallions against the same varietals produced in Italy.

Vineyard Hike Through Shake Ridge Ranch - A meandering hike through the hills and dales of our vineyard, stopping to taste the fantastic wines the ranch produces along with delectable food pairings. Ann Kraemer of Shake Ridge will discuss wine growing, sustainable farming, and the ranch’s history.  (Bad weather option possible.)

Barberians Unite! - Amador County is quickly becoming the Barbera capital of the US. If that capitol has a founding father, it would be Dick Cooper. Learn about the history of Barbera in Amador from The Man himself, while tasting wines not only from Cooper Vineyards, but also from other winemakers who craft their own Barberas from Cooper grapes.

SOLD OUT - Really Old Vineyard Tour & Tasting - Amador County is home to the oldest documented Zinfandel vineyard in North America. Dating back to the 1860's this vineyard produces some of the most layered and complex Zinfandel anywhere. Experience the private vineyard close up, along with tasting various vintages from the three Amador wineries that produce wine from the seven remaining acres.
